Call for Special Sessions Proposals

In order to complement the regular program with new or emerging topics of particular interest, the ICOT2020 scientific committee invites proposals for special sessions.

Each special session should comprise of at least 4 papers. The following information should be included in the proposal:

  • Title of the proposed special session.
  • Names/affiliation of the organizers (including brief bio and contact info).
  • Session abstract (state significance of the topic and the rationale for the proposed session).

Proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on the timeliness of the topic and relevance to ICOT, as well as the qualifications of the organizers. Once the proposal has been approved, the session organizers will have full authority in reviewing and accepting papers for the session.

Session organizers are entitled to discounted registration fees and are expected to attend the conference and chair the session. All other participants of the Special Session and other invited or accepted speakers, are responsible for their own registration costs.
