Registrations cancelled more than 40 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.<br \/>\n<hr \/>2. Registrations cancelled less than 40 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.<br \/>\n<hr \/>3. Non-presenters should contact the conference secretariat before registration to get an approval. Otherwise no refund will be given.<br \/>\n<hr \/>4. Schedule might be changed or even cancelled at any time in order to response to the unpredictable situation of COVID-19.
